1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aliff Perfumes website at aliffperfumes.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make through it. The Website is operated by Aliff Perfumes, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you place an order or create an account.

3. Products and Information

We sell attars, long-lasting oil perfumes, perfume sprays and gift sets. We make every effort to describe our products and show them accurately. Scents are perceived differently by each person, and colours of packaging or bottles may vary slightly from the images shown. Product descriptions and photos are for guidance only.

Some product names refer to well-known fragrances or brands only to describe the scent profile. Aliff Perfumes is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those brands, and our products are not their original products.

Our products are for external use only. Please do a small patch test before first use, keep them away from eyes, children and open flame, and stop use if irritation occurs.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which accepts UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will inform you before dispatch and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Offers and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes and bundle deals (for example, Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are subject to the conditions stated with each offer. Offers cannot be combined unless stated, and we may withdraw an offer at any time before an order is placed.

6. Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order on the Website is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email or WhatsApp. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a payment cannot be verified, or the order contains incorrect information. If this happens, we will refund any amount you have paid.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India from Trichy. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on delivery and inform us within 48 hours if it is damaged or incomplete.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, product photography and the Aliff name and logo, belongs to Aliff Perfumes or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content without our written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to submit false information, or to interfere with the operation of the Website.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to third-party sites, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Razorpay. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aliff Perfumes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Website after changes means you accept them.
